How it works: 1) Open an account with Constant Contact; 2) Upload the names and e-mail addresses of your contact list to your Constant Contact account or just provide your contact list to us and we will upload it to your account for you; 3) Create a newsletter template for your law firm or for a small fee we can create a custom e-mail newsletter using your existing website header or create a new custom header for your law firm; 4) We write the newsletter content and send it to all of the people on your contact list. Note: You must provide the list of names and e-mail addresses of your clients and contacts. We do not sell e-mail lists.

Cross branding: Sending greeting cards through the US mail is a great way to achieve cross branding. Cross branding is branding your name by using different types of media. Cross branding strengthens your brand name more than is possible when using only one type of media. Ideally, you want to use as many different types of media as possible. Sending greeting cards 3-4 times a year and a monthly email newsletter are two of the three least expensive and most cost-effective methods available.
